Terms of Service

1. Plans

• Core · Apache-2.0 (Free) — no account needed, and commercial use is allowed.
• Pro (USD 30/year) — requires an account and renews automatically every year. There is no monthly plan. Pro unlocks multi-device data sync, built-in messenger collaboration, and viewing and editing notes from all your projects in one place, on up to 5 registered devices per account.
• The 14-day free Pro trial starts once per account when you create an account in the app, with no card required. When it ends you return to Core, and your data is not deleted.
• Discounts (early-bird) and coupons apply only on the stated terms and dates. Pro received through a coupon is not a payment and is not refundable.

2. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and its buyer terms also apply when you pay. Prices are shown in USD; VAT or other taxes may be added depending on your country.

Your subscription renews and is charged automatically on the same date each year unless you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you 30 days before renewal. You can cancel any time in the payment provider’s customer portal and keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Your account

• You create and look after your own account. Don’t share your password.
• Account data is encrypted with a key unlocked by your password. If you lose both your password and your security-question answers, we cannot recover the data either.
• You can register up to 5 devices per account. Remove a device from the web account page or the app, and it is signed out the next time it connects.

4. What not to do

• Use the service (including the built-in messenger) to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
• Flood the account servers, payments or downloads with requests, or get around security measures
• Access someone else’s account without permission

If we find this happening, we may restrict the account after notifying you (or, in urgent cases, act first and notify you right after).

5. AI agents and their output

TiniaCode runs the AI coding agents you install (Claude Code, Codex CLI and others) and organises their work for you. Each agent operates under its provider’s terms, and you manage those accounts and fees yourself.

Review the code and changes agents produce before relying on them — they are your responsibility. TiniaCode blocks dangerous Git commands and saves a checkpoint for every instruction, but it cannot guarantee against every loss. Keep separate backups of important work.

6. Warranty and liability

Core is provided "as is" under the Apache License 2.0. We make reasonable efforts to keep Pro running, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights consumer law gives you.

7. Cancellation and service changes

You can cancel your subscription and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we ever have to discontinue Pro, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of your subscription pro rata.

8. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we announce it on this page and by email 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that work against you). If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
