Questions before you buy
Can I get a refund if Pro isn’t right for me?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of payment and you get a full refund. You can request it from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, and the Pro time from that payment ends as soon as the refund goes through.

Yes. Create an account in the app and your 14-day Pro trial starts right away. No card needed. When the trial ends you’re back on Core, and your work history and notes stay exactly where they were.
Can I use the free Core edition for work or commercial projects?
Yes. Core is Apache-2.0 open source, so commercial use, modification and redistribution are all allowed. You choose Pro for its features — multi-device data sync, messenger collaboration, and viewing and editing notes from every project in one place — not for a license.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows (x64) is available to download today. macOS and Linux builds are in the works — you can sign up for a release alert for each one in the download section.

Core keeps your notes inside the project folder (.tiniacode/memo) — for a project on a remote server, that means on the server. When you register a project with Pro, our server keeps only an encrypted copy, so you can pick up where you left off on another device.
How many devices can I use with Pro?
You can register up to 5 devices per account. If all 5 are taken, remove one you no longer use from your account page on the web or in the app, then add the new one.

Cancel and download receipts anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What currency do you charge in, and what about tax?
Pro is $30 a year, charged in US dollars (USD) on both the Korean and English pages. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as our merchant of record, so any sales tax or VAT for your region is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer a student discount?
Not at the moment — students get the same plans as everyone else. Core gives you every core feature for free, and you can try Pro for 14 days before deciding.
Can I buy for my team or company?
Checkout on the web is per person. To roll TiniaCode out to a team, send us a team inquiry and we’ll email you a quote and walk you through the contract.

You can get back into your account with the two security questions you answered when you signed up. Your data is encrypted with your password, so even we can’t see or reset it for you — keep both answers somewhere safe.
